Marcus is a millennial hailing from Brooklyn and the proud son of Haitian parents. He has spent over a decade professionally teaching and playing the drums, sharing the stage with renowned artists such as J. Cole, Janelle Monae, and Jimmy Kimmel on national television.Through self-help workshops, healing retreats, and life coaching, Marcus has been dedicated to reaching his highest potential. He discovered Brain Power Wellness and became a Mental Health First Aider and Wellness Practitioner. Marcus also runs his own company, Instinct Inspiration, which merges music and wellness. As a strong advocate for mindfulness and community empowerment, Marcus was drawn to Brain Power's mission to transform the culture of schools through community building, social-emotional learning, and holistic wellness.
